Indian Entity KYC Procedures
Step 1
Registration
Initiate account creation on the Koinpark platform.
Step 2
Personal Info
Submit details exactly as they appear on your PAN. For entities < 18 years, include the Authorized Person's data.
Step 3
PAN & Legal IDs
Submit entity PAN (PDF/JPEG) and registration documents like CIN, LLPIN, or Udyog Aadhaar in the relevant fields.
Step 4
Selfie Verification
Authorized person to provide a selfie holding both their PAN and the Entity's PAN card.
Mandatory Email & Video Declaration
Send your details to corporatekyc[at]koinpark[dot]com. Include a video of the authorized person reading this text:
"I [Name] having PAN [No], recording this video on [Date] for KYC verification of my Corporate account [Name] having PAN [No] on Koinpark. I acknowledge full responsibility for all trades and activities on this account."

Non-Indian Company KYC
- ●Register and submit company details matching your Incorporation Certificate.
- ●Enter Registration Number in 'National ID' field.
- ●Upload Incorporation Certificate and Authority Letter.
- ●Email certified list of Directors/Shareholders with % shareholding to corporatekyc[at]koinpark[dot]com.
