Koinpark will conduct regular reviews of each listed token to maintain a healthy trading environment and safeguard the interests of traders. If a token fails to meet Koinpark's strict listing standards, the team will perform a thorough evaluation and may delist the token and its trading pair.
Token Delisting Procedure
When a token is delisted, the following steps may be implemented:
Suspension of some or all trading pairs associated with the token;
Suspension of deposits for the token;
Suspension of withdrawals for the token.
Users will be given a specified buffer period to withdraw any delisted tokens before the suspension of withdrawals. If users do not withdraw their delisted tokens within the allocated time, Koinpark may convert the delisted tokens into USDT, based on the prevailing market rate, if market conditions allow. This conversion process is expected to take between two to three weeks.
Conversion Process
If sufficient liquidity is available in the market after token withdrawals are suspended, Koinpark will convert the delisted tokens into equivalent USDT at the current market price. The USDT will then be credited to the user’s account, after deducting applicable transaction fees.
If liquidity is insufficient after the suspension of withdrawals, no conversion will occur, and the value of the delisted tokens will be considered zero. Users will no longer be able to view these delisted tokens in their accounts.
⚠️ If the value of the converted tokens is less than 0.01 USDT, Koinpark will not release the converted USDT to users’ accounts.
Important Notes
- Given market volatility, users are encouraged to withdraw tokens ahead of time to minimize potential losses.
- Please allow sufficient time for the withdrawal and exchange processes to be completed, as these may take some time.
- Koinpark reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel delisting actions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
