This Statement forms an integral part of the Service Agreement between you (“User”) and Koinpark. Any terms not defined here carry the same meaning as outlined in the Service Agreement.

Koinpark does not provide investment advice, nor do we offer recommendations on the purchase, sale, or suitability of any digital asset or related strategy.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. This Statement does not cover every risk you may face when trading digital assets. Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully evaluate whether participating in such activities is appropriate for you. Please be aware that you could lose all the digital assets held in your account, and that in certain market conditions, it may be challenging or impossible to close a position or sell your assets.

Risk Category Vector

1. Risks Associated with Digital Assets

Investing in or trading digital assets involves significant risk. The value and price of digital assets can change quickly and may decline in ways that negatively impact your investment. In some cases, a specific digital asset may lose substantial value or even become worthless. As with any market, there is no guarantee of profit, there is always the possibility that you may incur losses rather than gains when buying or selling digital assets.

Digital assets are not recognized as legal tender and are not supported by any government authority or physical commodities like gold or silver. Unlike traditional currencies, there is no central bank or regulatory body that can intervene to stabilize or support the value of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other digital assets during times of crisis, nor can they issue additional supply.

These assets operate independently on decentralized and largely unregulated global networks. Their value and security depend on peer-to-peer technology and cryptographic systems.

Transactions involving digital assets are often irreversible. Any losses arising from accidental transfers or fraudulent activity may be permanent and cannot be recovered.

Certain digital asset transactions are considered complete only when they are recorded on a public blockchain ledger, which may differ from execution initiation timestamps.

Value relies heavily on the ongoing willingness of market participants. If demand disappears, it could lead to a complete and irreversible loss of asset fiat valuation.

Due to digital parameters, assets are vulnerable to fraud, cyberattacks, and failures. Platform technical disruptions could temporarily restrict account asset extraction gates.

Highly susceptible to shifts in market sentiment, rational or irrational behavior. Confidence may drop due to protocol amendments, fork mutations, or system hacks.

INSURANCE & DEPOSIT EXEMPTION NOTICE
  • Deposits made into your account are not recognized as official deposits under the laws or rules of your jurisdiction.
  • The digital assets in your account are not covered by any deposit insurance protection frameworks.

As with any technology, there are inherent risks, including potential hardware or software failures. ⚠️ Please be aware that the proceeds from the sale of Digital Assets, as well as other income, may be subject to taxes, levies, duties, or other fees imposed by authorities in the relevant market, including withholding taxes. Tax laws regarding Digital Assets can change or be amended with retrospective effect.
