    (vi) Transaction Information:

    This includes details about your transactions on our platform, such as recipient name, digital currency address, amount, timestamp, and other related details.

    This includes information such as your office location, job title, business description, or role, which helps us better understand your professional background.

    (viii) Other Information:

    Any additional information you provide when contacting customer support, leaving messages, participating in surveys, or assisting with legal or investigative matters.

    b. Information We Collect About You

    We may also automatically collect certain personal information during your use of our services:

    (i) Technical Information:

    This includes identifiers like IMEI or equipment ID numbers, IMSI or subscriber ID, UUID, MAC address, operating system details, device information, network operator, Wi-Fi or data network connectivity, IP address, login information, browser details, time zone settings, browser plug-ins and versions, operating system, and platform, among other similar data.

    (ii) App and Service Access:

    We may collect details related to your access to apps and services, including messaging via SMS, storage data, and device specifications.

    (iii) Visit Information:

    We track your interaction with our platform, including URLs you click, transactions or trades attempted, items viewed or searched, page load times, errors, time spent on pages, interactions such as scrolling or clicks, methods used to navigate away from a page, and any phone number used for customer service calls.

    (iv) Fund Transfer Data:

    We may collect information about fund transfer requests you make while using our online platforms, including transaction details provided by you or by a third-party service.

    (v) Metadata:

    This refers to technical data linked to the content you post, share, or submit on our platform, such as geolocation, date, or attribution data, which may be added by users or automatically.

    (vi) Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

    Our platforms may use cookies, tracking technologies, and pixels to enhance functionality and improve your experience. These technologies may also be used by third parties if you interact with their content through our platform. We make efforts to identify these cookies before use, offering you the option to accept or deny them.

  2. For processing your deposit, you are required to manually input the Transaction ID, Reference number, or UTR number associated with your transaction. This is necessary for us to correctly credit the funds to your account. By proceeding with your deposit, you acknowledge that you are responsible for entering this information accurately.

    In the event that you do not input the Transaction ID, Reference number, or UTR number, or if the information entered is incorrect, the deposit may fail to reflect in your Fiat Wallet. You are solely responsible for any errors in the manual entry of these details.

    j. To detect and prevent suspicious or illegal transactions, mitigate risks associated with money laundering and other unlawful activities, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  2. In the event we are acquired or merged with another company, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will notify you beforehand and seek your consent before your Personal Data is transferred and subject to a new privacy policy.
